"cap2": "We recommended that due to the excessive wear from clenching and grinding that the patient receive a full mouth reconstruction. He did not have a reproducible occlusion and we needed to lengthen the appearance of his anterior teeth. We increased the patient’s vertical dimension of occlusion which allowed us enough room to increase the length of his central incisors. In order to accomplish this, we had to place a combination of all porcelain and porcelain fused to metal crowns on all of his maxillary and mandibular teeth. The patient wore temporary crowns for approximately 5 months to establish the correct occlusion.",
