Insurance:
We accept most insurance plans and will file your claims for you. We make every effort to be accurate with our estimations of your benefits, but they are estimations. If your insurance reimburses less than we estimated, you are still responsible for the outstanding balance. If your insurance reimburses more than we estimated, you will be credited or refunded the difference. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to become more familiar with your dental benefits.
Our office is a Preferred Provider with MetLife, CIGNA and Delta Premier.

We are always happy to accept cash or checks for payment.
Payment Plans:
We understand that dental care can be an unexpected expense. With this in mind, we are proud to accept CareCredit. This allows you to spread your dental payments over a longer period of time and to fit more costly dental expenses into your monthly budget. You may use this plan to pay for your treatment with low and no interest financing options. Patients may apply online at www.carecredit.com, by phone at 1.800.365.8295 or come by our office to complete an application.
Patient of Records:
We require payment of the patient's estimated portion of fees to be paid at the time of service.
